Il Green Screen è lo sfondo neutro che serve per unire due sorgenti video, quindi due immagini distinte. Persone e paesaggio possono essere separate e poi riunite. Il progetto collega lo spettatore ad immagini iconiche del paesaggio che agiscono sulla sua memoria rendendolo famigliare.
La ricerca si realizza attraverso dei campionamenti prelevati in aree geografiche differenti, attraverso progetti site-specific, che dopo una fase di indagine fatta di testi e immagini dei luoghi, si trasferisce sul campo realizzando fotografie e interviste. Questo approccio analizzando gli spazi che viviamo guarda alle persone restituendo loro, in modo diretto attraverso la fotografia, i paesaggi che appartengono all'esperienza collettiva. In questa trilaterazione tra spazi, persone e appartenenza il campo d’indagine include nelle pratiche artistiche l’interazione con la sociologia e la geografia, la prima perchè include l’identità, la seconda perché è la rappresentazione del territorio.
