Living the Architecture consiste nella costruzione di un archivio di video che esplorano la relazione tra le città e il paesaggio sociale che le abita.
A essere indagati sono i processi che l'architettura attiva quando si innesta su un territorio. Vengono raccontate micro-storie di inquilini, passanti e vicini di casa: sono loro gli attori, insieme ad architetti e urbanisti, che partecipano al processo del "fare città". I progetti video includono interviste ad architetti, sociologi, artisti, giornalisti, insegnanti, scrittori e imprenditori che sono chiamati a testimoniare la loro idea di architettura. Questa mappatura costruisce un atlante di storie minime, che riunite raccontano la nostra identità collettiva.

Living the Architecture consists of a compilation of video archives which explore the relationship between cities and their social landscape. They investigate the processes that architecture initiates when grafted on an area. The videos capture micro stories recalled by tenants, passers-by and neighbours: these are in fact the actors, along with the planners and architects, who take part in the process of "city making”. The video projects include interviews with architects, artists, sociologists, journalists, professors, writers and contractors who were asked to record their ideas of architecture. This video mapping builds an atlas of minute stories which, together, depict our collective identity.
